WITH TEARS IN OUR EYES
“Our profession in one sentence, in one picture? Well, ... maybe ... to make sure that something as terrible as in Duisburg at the Love Parade 2010 will never happen again.
Even today, tears come to one’s eyes when one remembers the terrible pictures. With sadness and deep consternation, it unfortunately became so painfully obvious how difficult it is for the industry to manage the vital topic of event safety. Something unreal. A nightmare.
Based on this, and having experienced event safety issues myself numerous times, it became clear to me that this could not continue. While working at my job as an event production manager I was almost constantly rethinking the topic of event safety, reshaping it, creating new standards. For safety, for a good feeling. For everyone, from riggers to guests.”

Chemistry is important to us...
We are a calm, confident and also determined, but above all never choleric team player who wants to achieve more together with you.
With a smile, with a lot of dedication and with a clear no, if needed. We are a moderator and mediator and always strive for de-escalation. This is especially true in stressful situations or when participants fail to comply.
We have fun doing what we do, and we want you to have fun too.
We have only one wish: that you can be proud of yourself!
Seriously, with the endless list of paragraphs, regulations, rights and obligations, and penalties, one can sometimes lose interest in the event.
By partnering with us, we want you to become more empowered, more confident and safer - thanks to a system that meets specifications, does not leave out any safety-related questions and issues, and is built with a special purpose.
We want you to fall in love with this dry subject. And, OK: it doesn’t have to become the love of your life! But we are sure that you will approach event safety with joy and ease in the future.
- With conclusive and complete documentation, you will create aha moments for departments, service providers and institutions.
- And you will be confident when dealing with internal and external decision-makers.
- Internal and external specialists, e.g. for occupational safety and the fire department, are consistently involved.
- Score points with your superiors: ensure safety where, in the worst case, not only someone has to stand up for it, but even the management level can be held liable.
- Build expertise and create a safety system that everyone can stand behind and all of you can be proud of.
